Directions to Hope and Wellness from Churchill Roosevelt Highway
Head east on the Churchill Roosevelt Hwy towards Piarco Airport. Turn left on Trincity Central Road. Proceed north along Trincity Central Rd past the Trincity Mall and pass the roundabout (DON'T turn left at the roundabout) continuing north. Turn left onto St. Clair Boulevard (opposite Republic Bank), drive past the Millennium Gardens main gate and community facilities on the left hand side. Drive past St. Clair Gardens East (Bougainvillea Ave) on the right hand side, continuing west along St. Clair Boulevard, pass Millennium back gate.
Immediately after the right hand bend, turn left onto Apple blossom Ave (now entering St. Clair Gardens West). After another right hand bend the house is located on the left hand side of the street at # 23. "
